The 2,700-square-foot sales center is along the crescent-shaped main street in the heart of Mercato and provides prospective buyers with information on purchasing a luxury residence in The Strada at Mercato.
In addition to learning about The Strada at Mercato, prospective buyers can visit the sales center and receive information on other residential communities being marketed by Lutgert affiliate Premier Properties of Southwest Florida, Inc., Realtors.
