Do the owners of The Strada have a private recreational facility?
Yes, the amenity level offers residents of The Strada a fully equipped fitness center, lushly landscaped sundeck with grills, spa and 52' pool, clubhouse with billiards room and a spacious entertaining area complete with a flat screen television and a full size kitchen.
Is there secured parking for The Strada owners?
Yes, each unit has two secured parking spaces assigned exclusively to that unit. For owners of two and three bedroom units, the two assigned spaces will be covered. For owners of one bedroom and one bedroom plus den units, one of the assigned spaces will be covered and one will be outside still on the secured deck.
Is there additional storage available for The Strada owners?
Yes, each unit has an air conditioned, secured storage area with an average area of approximately 8' X 10'.
Where does the beach shuttle take you?
The beach shuttle will take The Strada Owners to either Vanderbilt Beach or Wiggins Pass Beach. (drop off times and locations to be determined based on homeowners wishes)
What Is the Rental Policy?
Units can be rented for 30-day minimums, up to twelve (12) times per year.
Are The Strada units sold with completed interior finishes?
Yes. All flooring, crown molding, granite counter tops, raised panel cabinets, marble master baths, painted walls, pendant lights and solid interior doors are all included in the purchase price.
Does The Strada meet all hurricane codes?
Yes. All windows and exterior doors meet or exceed the 2002 Hurricane Code Requirements and in fact are "commercial grade" glass and sliders.
Is The Strada Pet Friendly?
Yes, 2 pets per unit is allowed. There is also a pet amenity area near the pool.
